The ABS program meets all the requirements for the Florida’s Boater Education Identification Card which is now required for any boater born after January 1, 1988.  New and experienced boaters are welcome.  Space is limited.  Topics will include the identification of navigational aids, elementary boat handling, required safety equipment, and the rules for using the local waterways.
